2009 Modesto H.O.G. Ride Authorizations 2009

Modesto HOG calendar includes a variety of rides.  Participation in rides (who can/can’t attend) varies

depending on a ride being defined as:

- Modesto HOG Members Only – These rides/events are for current Modesto HOG Members only!

- Modesto HOG Closed Ride/Event – These rides/events are for Modesto HOG members and guests.   

In order to qualify as a closed event there must be a majority of participants currently registered as

Modesto HOG Members.  Non-Modesto HOG members can attend, but will need to sign a waiver.

- Modesto HOG Open Ride/Event – An open event is available to all participants whether currently a

Modesto HOG member or not.  All participants will need to sign a waiver regardless of status with

Modesto HOG.

Unless otherwise stated, all events on the calendars located on the Modesto HOG website or published in the

Modesto HOG newsletter “Hogwash” are considered Modesto HOG Closed Ride/Events (see definition above).

The following links are to the Ride Authorization forms needed for Adults or minors that are not a member of
Modesto H.O.G. They must be signed and presented to the Road Captain at the beginning of each and any ride
attending.

The Minor Risk Acknowledge has to be signed by a minor that is 12 or older.

The Minor Release Form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
Minor forms have to be signed each time a minor rides.

Any adult (non-H.O.G. member) wishing to participate on H.O.G. rides needs to fill out and submit a
Release Form for Adults and present it to the Road Captain at the designated event.
