This year is really starting off great. Two weeks in a row with great weather for great rides. 30 bikes showed up at Mitchell's to ride over to Jamestown on a cold January morning. It may have been cold but the sun was shining the whole day which made for great riding weather. Joe Chipponeri lead the Modesto HOG group over to Jamestown. Seeing we had plenty of time Joe took us on a scenic ride which was a nice change from our usual route of taking 108. At Jamestown there was already lots of bikes and everyone was ready to enjoy the sunshine. We left Jamestown just after 12 with the help of CHP to get us underway. We rode through some of the best roads through "Gold Country" ending up at the Tulloch Lake Marina, where food and beverages were on hand.
